Dr Who Figures

Dr Who Figures have been produced on and off since Dr Who began in 1963.


Firms such as Denys Fisher, Dapol and Corgi in the 70’s and 80’s manufactured Dr Who figures to somewhat muted acclaim.

In fact quite a wide variety of toy makers released Dr Who figures of varying quality until more recently top UK toy company Character Options were awarded the master toy licence to make Dr Who Figures in 2005.

Since Character were awarded the licence over 100 Dr Who figures have been released. All are of characters and creatures that have appeared in the show.

Because of the success of their New Series Dr Who Figure range, Character began releasing Classic Series Dr Who figures. Now for the first time fans can get top quality action figures of characters seen in Classic Dr Who episodes.

Character Options Dr Who figures are highly collectable, with many figures now commanding higher prices in the after sales market.

As Character have recently renewed their Dr Who toy licence with BBC Worldwide Dr Who fans can look forward to many more exciting new Dr Who figures in years to come.
